The first thing that impressed me about this hotel was its excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the hotel's location close to the harbor and cruise ship. The nice view from the balcony added to the overall experience. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and provided great service. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
All was satisfactory, no areas for improvement.

During our stay at Star Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the triple room we booked. The room had ample space for our suitcases, a comfortable seating area, and a large desk to work on. We were also delighted to find tea making facilities and a large TV in the room. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always warm and cozy for our return, and we appreciated the addition of a humidifier. The ensuite bathroom with a deep bath was a welcome treat after a long day exploring in the chilly weather.

Great location and amazing view from the balcony. Very romantic atmosphere for a couples getaway. the room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the hotel also had a restaurant with tasty dishes.
Some noise from the street could be heard at night but it wasn't too bothersome. the curtains could have been thicker to block out the early morning light.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Yokohama. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for those going on a cruise. It was just a short walk to the Yokohama cruise port, making it easy for us to board our ship. The hotel also offered a great view of the harbor and cruise center from our balcony, which was a pleasant sight day and night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to cafes and shops, including the famous Chinatown.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Great view of the park and harbor, and it was the best experience when I went out for a stroll. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the location was perfect for me with the subway station and Chinatown nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable even though it was quite small.
The room felt slightly dated, and the lack of Wi-Fi was annoying. The TV didn't have many channels, including CNN and BBC.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with brilliant views from the balcony. You can see the cruise ship arriving in the morning, which is a great sight. The staff are very helpful, and the English spoken is more than adequate. The room was clean and had a good view. The hotel also offers free wifi in the lobby.
No negatives to mention.
